By accessing or using TunnelMouth, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

User Accounts

Users are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and protecting their login credentials.

Courier Services

TunnelMouth provides a marketplace that connects customers with independent couriers. TunnelMouth is not itself a courier service.

Payments

Payment must be completed before delivery begins unless otherwise stated.

Wallet

Wallet balances may be used toward eligible TunnelMouth services. Wallet funds are non-transferable.

Cancellations & Refunds

Refunds are processed according to TunnelMouth's cancellation policy. Where applicable, wallet deductions, courier earnings and platform fees may be adjusted automatically.

Prohibited Activities

• Fraudulent transactions.
• Illegal deliveries.
• Harassment of customers or couriers.
• Abuse of vouchers or promotions.

Limitation of Liability

TunnelMouth shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform, except where required by law.

Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of TunnelMouth constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
